Thursday - Arrival & Home PartiesThe Welcome Party was assembled at Grappenhall Village Hall, as most of the 70 odd guests arrived over the course of the afternoon. Followed later by the Home Parties at the homes of some brave Warrington Tablers... The Lamb Shanks were excellent! Friday - Quarry Bank Mill, Styall

Also had something to do with shooting Julie Andrews as far as I recall. Sheer brilliance obviously, but unfortunately lost on the other guests...and me.

What's this? Drinking Carling when there's a choice of eight real ales? There's just no accounting for taste with these Europeans. There was near mutiny in some quarters, when the guys discovered that the ladies got to visit the Beatles Experience in Liverpool, while they were stuck in the business meeting...! Raymond from Maastricht were presented with a special chair Sunday - Departure BrunchSunday morning and it was back to Grappenhall Village Hall for sausage butties, toast and other breakfast fare, as the exhausted guests and hosts said their farewells and set off on the journey home.
